		<abstract>The present article has as main objective to present a proposal of integrated geographic analysis for the delimitation of eventual flooded area with utilization of free satelite imagens and with easy practices. This job was utilized software tool ArcGis 10.1 with CBERS-2B, uses of images show the possibility utilize techniques of Remote Sensing to forearm futures flooding.  The area chosen was São Mateus, North of state Espírito Santo, because this urban area has occurrences of the flooding during rain time with great lost of habitable constructions and risk for human life. The period analise this job was between years 2008 and 2009 during period of the flood and lowest river from São Mateus. Utilizing the technic maximum-likelihood estimation (MLE) for supervisioned classification and classification with  corrections   from the elevation digital model (DEM) for comparison between flooded areas. The result of the study was satisfactory, why showed that with this techniques and with  free products such methodology also makes possible the delimitation of flooded areas and unflooded areas in the state and regions of Brazil with the same characteristics. The article suggest the criation of  digital database flooding and waterlogging for free access to organs from government, private and population, for thus keep security and reduce futures problems with urbanization at risk areas.</abstract>
